S&P, Nasdaq drop as tech rally ends

NEW YORK (P3PWriter) – The S&P and Nasdaq fell on Thursday, because the know-how sector snapped a rally and traders turned to safer bets whereas keeping track of international commerce tensions and awaiting subsequent week’s U.S. and European central financial institution conferences.

The Dow Jones Industrial Common rose 94.81 factors, or zero.38 p.c, to 25,241.2, the S&P 500 misplaced 1.98 factors, or zero.07 p.c, to 2,770.37 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 54.17 factors, or zero.7 p.c, to 7,635.07.
