BRASILIA (P3P) – Boeing Co (BA.N) could have a 51 p.c stake in a joint firm at the moment being negotiated with Brazilian plane maker Embraer (EMBR3.SA), O Globo newspaper columnist Lauro Jardim reported on Sunday.
Boeing has agreed to a Brazilian authorities demand that the U.S. firm have not more than a 51 p.c controlling share, Jardim mentioned, with out citing sources.
