1.0 Blocked Cookies
Browser blocked cookies are best seen using IE6. A blocked cookie will be indicated by a red icon at the bottom of the browser window near the tray. The icon looks like blocked cookie symbol.

1.1 What does it mean to have blocked cookies?
When Internet Explorer (IE6 is the first browser to implement P3P) compares your privacy setting to the website privacy statement, it takes actions to either pass cookies or limit cookies the web site delivers to the browser. If cookies are blocked a red icon appears at the bottom of the browser.

1.2 What can I prevent blocked cookies?
There are two options to prevent blocked cookies in IE6. First, you can change your privacy settings to allow accepting all cookies. Alternately, the web site owner can install a P3P policy that describes the web site privacy practices.
